The goal of our design discount program is to form a relationship that is beneficial for both parties involved. We are pleased to extend the benefits of this Professional Design Program discount, as outlined in the enclosed letter of agreement and request in return a yearly minimum commitment of $5,000.00. Please note that we periodically review our relationships and hold the right to revoke discount privileges should the volume fail to meet these minimum requirements.
- DO NOT discuss designer discounts with or in the presence of the client
- Designers must be with their client in order for discounts to be issued for purchases made. Any exceptions to this must have prior approval by management.
- Discounts are strictly intended to be issued directly to the designer.

- All merchandise must be paid by cash, company check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex.
- Merchandise that is marked down or discounted is not eligible for an additional discount.
- No discount on services such as delivery fee, installation, storage and shipping.
- Storage fees may apply.
- The “sold to” field in each sale must list the name of the firm of each designer.
- Merchandise taken on approval must be returned within 24 hours unless approved by management.
- No refunds or store credit on special orders
- All special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
- The designer program may be changed, modified, or altered at anytime by JADE without notification.
